|Description:|| The operators
claim that this cave has the most complete variety of
formations that exist in any cave in the Black Hills. The
operators say this was one of the first caves to be
discovered in the Black Hills having been found by gold
prospectors in 1882 although the Lakota tribe might take
issue with that claim having used crystals from the cave
long before Europeans arrived.
A one-hour tour covers 4,500 feet. A 30-minute tour is 1,500 feet.
