Description:	If your interests run toward geology, you could do worse than a quick stop at the Petrified Gardens in Kadoka. They also have a nice collection of fossils. The gardens are close to Interstate 90 so if you need a break from driving or a carload of kids saying "are we there yet?" this can make a nice stop. Info: 800-467-9217.
